Exercise Your Sovereignty!

Each of you is a member of the American royal/sovereign family.

On this date 240 years ago, our founders signed the sole agreement among the sovereign of the United States of America.  A “sovereign” is that which is supreme in power and/or authority.  (Ash, Dictionary of the English Language, 1775)  That is, “A person, body, or state vested with independent and supreme authority.”  (Thomson Reuters; West, a Thomson business; West Publishing Co., 2009)  Our Declaration of Independence – Our Agreement – makes clear that for all purposes regarding the United States of America (e.g., social, political, legal, economic, military, religious, cultural, and etc.) – all sovereignty originates and remains with the citizen-members of We the People of the United States of America as one united people, as one united sovereign.  (United States of America, Continental Congress, 1776)  (Lewis, 1947, p. 224)  (Hale, 1905, p. 14) (Halbleib, MM (MBA), JD, 2014)

As of July 4, 1776, We, the People dissolved all of our dependence upon Great Britain.  Immediately, all charters of government derived from Great Britain were of no legal effect.  Thus, on this day twelve score years ago, all sovereignty and all authority became fully vested in We the People of the United States of America.  Though We have chartered various governments to act on our behalf, We remain the sovereign of this great Nation.

From July 4, 1776, we the people built this great Nation, one day at a time, one community at a time, one state at a time, one business at a time, one family at a time, and so on.

Regardless of the current challenges and political rhetoric of today, the United States of America cannot become a great Nation again without the participation of all members of our sovereign We the People. If you want a better future for America, if you want a better future for yourself and your children, then you have one option – serve effectively as a positive and productive member of We the People.

Your ethnicity, race, age, sex, sexual preference, religion, political leaning, economic standing, state of residence, & etc. are irrelevant – as members of We the People we all share a mutuality of interest in ensuring that all Americans’ human rights are identified, honored and fulfilled.  This is what we promise to each other as members of the greatest sovereign to ever exist!

Each of you is a prince or princess in the American royal family as equal members of We the People.

Exercise your sovereignty!
